Founder
I’m always inspired to see teams and managers bravely leave preconceptions behind and challenge themselves into new, unexplored territories.
I’ve been working in the software industry for about 25 years now, during which I gradually transformed from being a software enthusiast to being a communication enthusiast.
I managed several engineering departments, built complex software systems and led customer-facing projects, and all that experience led me to the realization that at the heart of success one can always find great relationships and communication.
Today, I assist teams of all sizes and functions gear up for success in this fast-paced business world by improving their internal and external communication capabilities.
